Now Closed – Canvas Design Review and Giveaway

Edit 1

Since James and I are planning on moving in a few months time, I have been collecting house items. Most of them have been essentials, such as kitchen items, which aren’t that thrilling! We haven’t been able to pick too many items for decorating yet, partly because we can’t afford it but also because we haven’t found a house yet so we don’t know what colours etc. we will need. However, when Canvas Design offered me the chance to review one of their canvases, I couldn’t resist!

Edit 2

Canvas Design is a UK based company, that has been printing canvases since 2004. The company allows you to choose your photographs to be printed onto canvases from 6″x6″, to a massive 40″x40″, and will even produce custom orders bigger than this! But big sizes don’t mean big prices, their smallest canvases start at just £7.99!

I sent a photograph that I had taken one day last summer at the Humber Bridge. My file was a large file, as it had been taken on my DSLR, but I wasn’t expecting to receive a canvas this big! My canvas measures 20″x30″ and it is absolutely stunning! The quality is so high, and the detail in the image is amazing. I put it on my wall for the photo shoot, then planned on wrapping it up again ready for moving, but I’m completely over the moon with it and I can’t bring myself to take it down!

Edit 3

Canvas Design have been incredibly generous and offered the chance for one of my readers to win one of their photograph printed onto a canvas; any size from 6″x6″ to 40″x40″!

To be in for a chance of winning, you simply have to:

1. Follow my blog, either via WordPress or email (email follow can be found in the pop-out sidebar on the left).

2. Comment below telling me what pic you would put on your canvas if you are the chosen winner.

Entries will close at 12 midnight (GMT) on the 9th March 2014. The winner will be chosen at random and announced on my blog shortly after.

Please note:
Unfortunately this giveaway is only open to UK residents. Apologies to my international readers. The photo needs to be 250KB for smaller prints. For larger canvases, there is a recommend photo size of 500KB.

There will only be one winner, but Canvas Design has given me a discount code for all of my readers to take advantage of! Use the code: BLOG15 for 15% off your total order price! Plus, delivery is free!

I think I might be treating myself to another canvas too…

This giveaway is now closed. The winner will be announced on my blog in another post.

Aww I’m sorry! I try to avoid giveaways with geographic limitations! I know how frustrating it is! These are just too huge and delicate to ship internationally though I’m afraid! Hopefully I’ll be able to do an international giveaway soon!

I would have one of mine (or my boyfriends) pictures of the Stonehenge. He took them on his iPhone 5 and they look amazing. Whether they would be good quality on the large canvas, who knows, but it would be a fantastic picture nonetheless.

That’s a beautiful canvas! I would have a photo of all of my dogs together 🙂 I don’t have nearly enough of their photos up and a canvas would be just stunning and let me relive old memories every time I see it 🙂 Thanks for the great giveaway.

I’d probably pick a nice photo of me and my boyfriend, we don’t have many pictures of us, and those we have are just in frames on shelves…And we moved 6 months ago and still have a large blank bit of wall space!

Absolutely stunning photo! I’ve been meaning to get a couple of my pictures from Africa put onto a canvas for almost 4 years now and I still haven’t gotten around to it. I agree, it’s too pretty to put away 🙂

I would have my sons school photo put onto a canvas. He’s doing so well at school now, although he has really struggled. I’m so proud of him ❤

I took a lovely picture on holiday recently. Its of a sun setting over the pyramids. I’d put it above my fire place.

Last year we visited Canada for ours holidays and took some superb shots of the family with Niagra Falls in the background. Would love a canvas print of that.

I’d choose a picture of my little girl when we were on holiday last year. following via email. thanks for the competition. x

I would let my o/h choose one of his Grand Prix Racing Drivers. We have loads of them! Some are of cars but he mostly takes them of the drivers. Ayrton Senna eating a banana and a yoghurt or James Hunt sipping wine!

  12. Gail Bennett says:

I’ve got some photos I’ve taken of wild orchids and I’d love one of those on canvas … at the moment no one sees then as they’re hidden on the PC and that seems such a shame 🙂
