Happy Easter!

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to stop by and wish you all a wonderful Easter Weekend, and if you’re not celebrating Easter then I hope you have a wonderful weekend too 🙂

I quickly wanted to show you my one Easter craft that I have completed this year; I put some of my Tatty Teddy decoupages onto cards! Nothing fancy or extravagant (a bit of a rushed job in the end to be honest!) but I needed a few cards to send to relatives so here are the three I put together:

Luckily I had some lovely pastel card blanks in my stash that were wonderful spring colours and they match the teddies perfectly!

Crafty What Nots Subscription Box

Apologies for the break in blogging – definitely much longer than intended! Anyway, I am back with something very exciting that I know you will love!

It is no secret that I love post. And crafts. So something that combines the two…what could be better? Introducing Crafty What Nots!

A little while ago I received an email from Jenny of jennysis.com telling me about her new venture into creating monthly subscription boxes crammed full of craft supplies. She very kindly offered me her first box to review…how could I possibly say no!

Rather foolishly, I gave Jen my home address to post my parcel to; little did I know how huge the box was going to be! The size of the box was a rather pleasant surprise in itself! Although it did result in a red card of doom and a two day wait before I could collect it from the post office. However, it was well worth the wait!

Weekly Post Round-Up #1

As I mentioned in my last post about post, I’m going to do weekly round-ups of the post I get rather than saving it for one big post! And, as we don’t get post on a Sunday, I thought it would be the ideal day to share my exciting post with you 🙂

Since I have already posted about post this week, this is just the stuff that I have received from Wednesday onwards, so I would say that there isn’t a lot but surprisingly there has been quite a bit!

The first thing to arrive was my new book (because you can never have too many!) It is an Innocent Smoothie recipe book as James has just bought a new blender and we have been experimenting with it!

 

We haven’t had chance to try any of the recipes yet but we are looking forward to choosing our first one! There are so many yummy looking options that even a fussy eater like me can find plenty to try!

Over the last couple of days my letter box has been inundated with one thing…graduation cards! It was quite a nice surprise since I don’t actually graduate until Tuesday! Here are the ones that I have received:

A few weeks ago I was walking through my student union shop when some cards caught my eye. The union always has a stunning range of cards that are somewhat overpriced but, in this case, I decided that the cost was worth it!
