Hello! Sorry I have been MIA over the last week or so! I’ve been working really hard to achieve some of my monthly goals – I promise! But I did realise earlier today that I never showed you what I made from the latest Crafty What Nots box! Due to when Easter fell this year I never got round to posting what I made, but this is how me and James spent Easter Sunday!
The first thing that we made were these adorable little Easter baskets! How cute are they??? I love these and they are cute for popping a few little Easter goodies in or great for little ones on an Easter egg hunt!
I also made some more boxes similar to the ones that I made from the Christmas box. These are a little bit bigger than the Christmas ones that I made, and they will come in really handy for gifts for birthdays…that purple one will be used for one of my Mum’s 50th birthday presents! I’m so addicted to making these boxes!
By far my favourite projects in the box involved using Glossy Accents to create some handmade magnets and jewellery! Here are 5 magnets that we made, including 4 square ones and one bigger oval magnet. I had never used Glossy Accents before so it was fun trying something new and it was surprisingly easy to make something that looks really impressive!
I also used the Glossy Accents to make a necklace too! It was really easy to use a blank necklace, some card stock and the Glossy Accents to make a necklace in your own choice of design! I think these would also make really great gifts.
Me and James had loads of fun on Easter Sunday making all of the things out of the April box…and now it’s nearly time for the May one! I can’t wait to see what is inside that one and to get stuck in!
Which is your favourite project? Have you tried any new crafts or products recently that you really love?
Your makes are totally fab!!!! Origami is always so hard to explain in pictures so I’m really thrilled you found them way enough to follow!!
Necklace looks amazing. You really chose a nice paper for that one!!!
Looks like you had a lovely crafty Easter!! Xx
Thank you! Oh yes they are always straight forward! There was one point when making the baskets when we were like…what goes where??? But it was easy enough to sit and work out 🙂 I absolutely love the necklace! And that paper matches nearly everything in my wardrobe so I have worn it a lot!! I’m so excited for the next box now! xx
Cute.. Love the pendant.. 😘
Thank 😀 it was my favourite make 🙂
Looks like you and James had a wonderful Easter, crafting. All of the projects are adorable. The little Easter basket looks so sturdy and very Springy. Would be perfect to give someone a little pick-me up anytime. The necklace is fabulous! It’s pink and pretty 🙂
Yes we did thanks! It was a great way to spend it 🙂 They are incredibly study and like you said, they’re not just for Easter, they’d be great for any little gift or treat! I’m so in love with the necklace! It perfectly suits my style and what better than to make your own personalised necklace! I think I will be getting more necklace blanks in to make some more because they’r so easy but look great!
